There are two ways your writing will go—either you will or you won’t. There is no middle ground. There is no reasoning with writing. It can be vicious in its insisting!

Listen to the insisting this week. Don’t fear the ideas or when they come. Record them. Mull them over where your eyes can see them. But, write. That’s what writers do.
