The word can is a verb. Verbs are action words! They usher in all matter of movement and excitement. I love verbs!

The word not negates everything verbs will do. When you put this ugly three-letter word behind a verb–its stops everything.

Everything!

So, when you, as a writer, say the word ‘cannot’? You paralyze your imagination. Be careful what you admit, my Oracles. Writing is hard, but it it is never impossible. You can write–so you must.
