Writing is full of hills and valleys.
So when you get a win, you are allowed to celebrate it. I know using the word allowed as a writer feel odd, especially as you begin your career or hobby, but it is the most applicable.
All wins don’t have to look like big publishing contracts. They can be as simple as completing a poem. Or submitting a story to Reedsy. Participating in a writers group. Even posting consistently to your own platform.
Celebrate those things.
Own those things.
When you own your wins–when you realize it was you, your talent, and tenacity–which allowed you to complete something–that is amazing.
You did it. And you should be proud of that.
